One of Punta Cana’s most economical options, this Be Live Collection property caters mostly to families on a budget. The food is disappointing (many guests complain of its poor quality), the beach isn’t one of Punta Cana’s best (seaweed can be an issue and it can harbor vendors), the hotel service is underwhelming, and the rooms could use some refurbishing; but the property offers a nice swim-up bar, excellent dining variety, an on-site casino, and a mostly social atmosphere. A kids club and a small spa and fitness center are other perks. Activities include scuba diving, beach volleyball, horseback riding, parasailing, and jet skiing. There’s also a golf course about a mile away.
