This economical, family-friendly, all-inclusive property offers plenty for kids, including a small water park with a pirate ship and nine slides. The beach is relatively lackluster (and harbors some aggressive vendors), the rooms are very basic, and the swimming pools are just so-so at best for a large resort; but the property offers two clay tennis courts lit for night play, a solid beach volleyball court, good kids and teens clubs, four on-site restaurants, an adult pool and jacuzzi area with a swim-up bar, a zipline (which is highly unique for a beach resort), and a new spa with quality facilities and a hydrotherapy circuit. Sea Safari, a company offering snorkeling and horseback riding tours, is located right next door. Guests also have access to the amenities and three restaurants of the adults-only sister property next door, the Golden Crown Paradise. Outback Steakhouse and other off-site restaurants are located just across the road.
