Situated in a quiet, tropical garden setting surrounded by the Divi Village Golf Course (a 9-hole course), this property is part of the greater Divi complex (which guests have access to), but isn’t directly on the beach and isn’t ideal for those looking for a lively atmosphere. Still, it’s one of the island’s best values. Divi Beach is very high quality, but it’s located across a busy road, which affects this resort’s Overall Beach Resort Rating significantly. On-site amenities include an upscale restaurant (Windows on Aruba), an above average swimming pool area with a waterslide and a very high quality swim-up bar, barbecue grills, an excellent fitness center with ocean views, and water sports by the beach. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are available, and all have kitchens. The rooms and hotel common areas are generally better here than at the other Divi resorts in the immediate vicinity. The all-inclusive meal plan includes access to an impressive 14 restaurants and 11 bars on-site and at the neighboring sister properties. For the higher-end dining options, though (including Windows on Aruba) there’s a surcharge for all-inclusive guests ($45 per person at Windows on Aruba and $30-35 at two others).
Departure COVID-19 testing is available on-site, for a fee. In the event of a positive COVID test before U.S. re-entry, the island’s mandatory COVID-19 insurance will cover designated accommodation costs until recovery.
