One of the better values in Los Cabos, this relatively affordable Hilton property is situated on one of the few swimmable beaches in the area and caters well to both couples and families. Off-site shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are lacking; but the resort offers good on-site restaurants, two sleek swimming pool areas (one is an impressive infinity pool) with great swim-up bars, 11 individual treatment rooms and four couples rooms at the Eforea Spa, an excellent fitness center (with yoga, spinning, and TRX available), good tennis courts (which is rare for Los Cabos), a nice atmosphere with swing seats by the beach at La Onda Bar, a seasonal baby sea turtle nesting program, poolside concierge and babysitting services, and the largest tequila collection in Los Cabos at the lobby bar Azul. All rooms have ocean views, beautiful private balconies, and Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattresses with Egyptian cotton linens. Activities include golf at Cabo Real Golf Club next door (designed by Robert Trent Jones), mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, and plenty for kids to do at the kids club for ages 4-12. Water sports such as scuba diving, whale watching, and deep sea fishing are available in the vicinity, but not right on-site.
