With modern accommodations ranging from one-bedroom residences to four-bedroom penthouses and villas, Marival Distinct Luxury Residences caters to couples and larger groups alike. Not all restaurants are part of the all-inclusive plan and the property isn’t directly on the beach (this factor has a negative effect on the Beach Quality score, and in turn the Overall Beach Resort Rating and TripValue). There’s a shuttle to a private beach club, though, which has a restaurant. All accommodations have private balconies or terraces, full kitchens, flat-screen TVs, contemporary bathrooms, and washer/dryers; some have access to semi-private, river-like plunge pools. Other amenities include an excellent, international-theme spa with unique treatments inspired by different cultures around the world, spin and yoga classes, a kids club, sleek on-site bars in the Insu Sky Lounge and the Brunello Lobby Wine Bar, a well-lit fitness center, and access to a golf course about five minutes away. Weekly gourmet wine tastings and meals cooked in guest suites by a private chef are also offered.
Complimentary COVID-19 antigen tests are offered on-site to all-inclusive guests returning to the United States (minimum three-night stay required; otherwise, the fee is $73 USD per test). In the case of a positive test, guests can extend their stay up to 14 days at no additional charge. Friends or family members are eligible for one other room at a discounted rate as well.
