An economical, all-inclusive, kid-friendly resort with a variety of exotic birds (including flamingos) and other wildlife, Natura Park caters well to families; with a +4 TripValue, it’s one of Punta Cana’s best bargains. The rooms are simple and somewhat dated, the pool isn’t overly large for the size of the property, and the fitness center is fairly small and lackluster; but the resort offers a nice beach, a unique wellness buffet with lighter and healthier foods, a kids club for ages 4-12, a babysitting service for ages 3 and under, verdant grounds with a tropical vibe, a small spa, and some of the lowest rates in the DR. The restaurants get much better reviews than most all-inclusives in this price range, especially those in the Dominican Republic. The rooms have somewhat of a rustic feel, but aren’t as eco-friendly as the name of the resort would suggest (there doesn’t seem to be any significant conservation efforts initiated by management). The rooms are decent, though, for the price. Activities include beach volleyball, horseback riding, archery, dance classes, live entertainment, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and free scuba diving lessons in the pool.
