Resort Profile

A fairly quiet adults-only, all-inclusive resort with a mid-range price tag, Pineapple Beach Club Antigua caters well to couples. The beach is fairly small, especially in certain spots, and the fitness center is just so-so; but the property offers a nice swimming pool (plus a separate quiet pool), spacious balconies in the Waterfront Rooms, a good beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a nice (albeit small) on-site spa, and daily turtle feedings. Devil’s Bridge, a natural limestone arch on the shore, is within walking distance; there are good nature trails in the area, too, for those inclined to venture out. The on-site Outhouse Restaurant is a good lunch spot (known for its ribs) with unique décor (its walls are covered with tchotchkes, trinkets, and messages from guests around the world; diners can make their own sign to contribute to it), but there isn’t much in the surrounding area in terms of off-site shops and restaurants. Rooms come with private balconies or patios, individually-controlled air conditioning, coffee and tea makers, mahogany or rattan furnishings, gray wood plank or tiled flooring, flat-screen TVs, mini fridges, and bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or tubs.

The government of Antigua and Barbuda mandates that guests arriving by air must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within seven (7) days of their flight. Departure COVID-19 testing is available on-site, but it isn’t complimentary. The antigen test costs $60 USD. In the event of a positive test, guests can extend their stay for up to 14 nights at an all-inclusive rate of $350 USD per night.
