Resort Profile

An isolated resort on a barren stretch of coast between Puerto Morelos and Cancun, Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita caters well to couples with a pristine powder-white sand beach and an extremely tranquil atmosphere, with the authentic feel of a very high-end boutique hotel. Families are welcome, but there isn’t much for kids to do. Boasting a Aaa Overall Beach Resort Rating, this Zoetry property is one of Mexico’s most luxurious resorts. Rates can be quite high, seaweed can be an issue on occasion, and there isn’t much of a social scene; but the property offers gourmet restaurants, an incredible pool with top-notch service, nice perks such as private airport transfers and complimentary greens fees at the Grand Coral Riviera Maya and El Tinto golf courses, and a superior 22,000 square-foot spa with Thalassotherapy treatments that use freshly heated seawater and Mayan Temazcal steam hut ceremonies (one spa treatment per guest is included). Certain amenities, including two additional restaurants and a private beach area, are available for Impression and Butler guests only; the Impression and Butler suites are pricey, but particularly exceptional – they’re some of the finest beach resort rooms in all of Mexico and the Caribbean. All accommodations, however, are oceanfront suites, equipped with Bulgari bath products, hand-selected art from various cultures around the world, spacious private terraces, and complimentary sparkling wine and fruit baskets delivered daily. Activities include outstanding scuba diving and snorkeling, deep sea fishing, lagoon and cave excursions, cooking and yoga classes, wine and tequila tastings, cigar making lessons, shopping excursions to Isla Mujeres by boat, and included catamaran sails. The resort is also Rainforest Alliance Certified for meeting sustainable tourism requirements.

Complimentary COVID-19 antigen tests are provided on-site for guests traveling back to the United States. Test results will be received the same day in a format consistent with government requirements. A minimum 3-night stay is required to qualify. Should a guest test positive, the guest and one other are eligible to stay at the resort free of charge for up to 14 days.
